Maintenance
A maintenance program is a great way to ensure peak performance of your heating and cooling system. Regularly scheduled maintenance will help to prevent unnecessary breakdowns, maximize efficiency, and extend the life of your equipment. Many manufacturers ask for maintenance history when a warranty claim is in question.

A typical Sunvale Maintenance Agreement includes two scheduled visits per year. During these visits we will change your filters, clean your equipment inside and out, wax any outdoor equipment, and thoroughly check the overall operation of your system. If we find anything that needs attention, we will bring our findings to you and we can have a discussion about how you would like to proceed.

Installation

We guarantee your installation will be completed with the utmost attention to detail and professional practices. Our quotes often include multiple different options for you to consider. We are happy to answer any questions to help you choose which option is best for you. We install all major brands and have strong relationships with local suppliers to offer you competitive pricing.
Service
Honesty is a Core Principle at Sunvale Heating and Cooling. You will understand any costs and authorize all work before we begin. When you schedule a Sunvale Service Call, we will come to your home, business, or commercial property and complete a full System Performance Analysis. You will have a thorough understanding of how your system is operating and you will be able to make informed decisions about how you want to proceed. We do not charge overtime, or after-hours rates and we have fully stocked vehicles capable of completing most repairs on our initial visit. We also carry a full complement of Navien tankless water heater parts.
Strata
We are often able to provide additional savings on to strata communities because we can perform multiple jobs in one day. Some of my more common strata tasks are dryer vent cleaning, fireplace service and maintenance, ductless heat pump installations, hot water tank replacement, furnace maintenance and inspection.
